Blessing of the Animals

Blessing of the Animals

August 23

Our worship theme for the day will be Season of Creation: The Spirit Is Breathing Life into Creation

We will have an outdoor Blessing of the Animals at 10:30 am that Sunday. You are welcome to bring your pets (if they will enjoy this kind of outdoor experience) or a photo/item that represents your pets for a shared blessing time that day. This service will be brief and will include Communion for humans as well as a blessing for animals.

If you’re coming to this first service, bring a photo/emblem/stuffie of the plants and/or animals that you love.
