For five days in April, Incarnation hosted more than 2,200 volunteers during our All Hands on HopeMobilePack^TM.    During that time, we achieved our goal of packing 614,304 meals to feed 1,683 of God’s hungry kids one meal per day for a year.   We also had a goal of raising $180,000 to pay for the meals we packed, and as of April 30, we have raised over $202,000!   We will use any financial overages to partially replenish seed money for our next MobilePack.

One of the best things about the MobilePack is how many people we welcomed into our church building.  Overall, 62% of the volunteers came from outside Incarnation’s community . On Saturday’s full shifts, a whopping 80% of volunteers were from outside Incarnation’s walls. We are truly blessed to have welcomed so many people from different groups into our facility as we share the common goal to feed God’s hungry children.

Examples of groups we hosted include area churches including Catholic, Hmong, Mormon and other denominations, as well as sports teams, Rotary, Kiwanis, local businesses, engineering students from the University of Minnesota, scout troops, senior living communities, retired teachers organizations and National Honor Society students.

Incarnation’s FMSC Action Group would like to say a heartfelt, sincere thank you to many people who made our 17^th All Hands on Hope MobilePack happen:

• Volunteers who packed meals, welcomed visitors, monitored the packing floor, affixed labels, made boxes and provided meals to the FMSC staff and volunteers. It was exciting to see so many local community organizations, churches and businesses come together to support the MobilePack.
• Individuals, businesses, local churches and community organizations who made financial donations and sent groups of volunteers which covered the cost for the meals packed.
• Everyone who held up this event in prayer, from the planning and logistics, volunteer recruitment and donations, FMSC staff, in-country partners who deliver food and the children who will receive these life-saving meals. We know none of this could be done without God guiding us every step of the way.
• Incarnation’s staff and Congregation Council. The behind the scenes support is invaluable from everyone at ILC!

Thank you to everyone who made this incredible event possible.   We are already looking forward to the 2025 All Hands on Hope MobilePack, scheduled for April 30 – May 4, 2025!

If you’d like to make a donation in support of the 2025 MobilePack, consider any of the following methods:

• Visit the event donation page on the FMSC web site.
• Make a check out to Incarnation with “FMSC MobilePack” in the memo and mail it to Incarnation at 4880 Hodgson Road, Shoreview, MN 55126.
• Make a donation via Incarnations secured site.  Select your donation amount and use the drop down menu to select “Feed My Starving Children”.
• If you are currently making an on-going monthly donation to Feed My Starving Children, you can easily direct that to the 2025 MobilePack by following the steps below:
  • Call FMSC at 763-504-2919
  • Ask the representative to direct your donations to event number 2504-023EA
  • Any future donations will be allocated to the 2025 MobilePack
• If you’re a Thrivent member, and you applied for a Thrivent Action Team grant of $250, your Action Team card can be applied to this MobilePack event. Mail it or drop it off at the Incarnation Office.
• Your employer might double or triple your giving! A list of companies that provide matching programs can be found here. Consider applying for matching dollars using the event number 2504-023EA.

FMSC MobilePacks at Incarnation Since 2007

Incarnation has hosted over 31,000 volunteers over 17 All Hands on Hope Feed My Starving Children MobilePacks, resulting in over 9.2 million meals packed. Since the first packing session in 2007, Incarnation and the surrounding community looks forward to this meaningful and impactful tradition every spring.
