Registration

Registration for the 2020-21 program year has not yet started. Our registration night, scheduled for May 13, has been postponed.

Enrollment

If you decide that would like your child(ren) to be a regular attendee of ILC Kid’s or CLUB 4/5, we highly recommend that you enroll your child and make a commitment to attend the same hour of ILC Kid’s  or CLUB 4/5 every week. Your child(ren) will then be able to form relationships with adults and children their own age.

Resources for Parents

Children have the best experience growing in faith when churches and parents partner together. During the school year, a weekly email is sent out with resources that you can use to reinforce what your child is learning in ILC Kid’s and CLUB 4/5. If you aren’t already and you would like to receive that weekly email, contact Rebecca Christiansen and she will add you to the mailing list.

You can choose 8:40 a.m., 10:00 a.m., or  10:40 a.m. on Sundays or 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday evenings. Kid’s are given the opportunity to connect with God, friends, and adults while exploring God’s Word and learning to connect their faith with their daily lives. Here’s what a typical hour at ILC Kid’s looks like.

Welcome

Each child will check-in at the ILC Kid’s Check-in station and head to large group. Kids participate with their small group in an activity meant to help them grow in relationship with one another and to introduce the Bible story for the day.

large group 1Large Group Environment

In our large group environment children will have a time of worship where they will have the opportunity to sing as loud as they want and to respond to God through prayer and offering. Children will then experience the Bible story come to life and help connect it to our daily life.

Small Group Environment

After participating in Large Group, kids will travel back to their small group classroom where their leaders guide them in a time of activity to help support the Bible story they have heard. Their leaders will help them apply the Bible truth to their daily lives. We want kids to know that God is active and present in their lives and wants a loving relationship with them that will last through all eternity.
