Worship

Gathering in Worship is central to our faith and life. Incarnation desires to reach out to people through corporate worship which invites participation and engages life today in powerful ways.

As you consider which service to attend, please note that typically you’ll hear the same sermon at all services, children are welcome and encouraged to participate in worship, and nursery is available for children ages 0 – 3 during all Sunday worship services.

The Praise Ground During 10:45 Worship

Incarnation welcomes children of all ages along with their sounds and movement that make them active participants in worship at our 10:45 a.m. worship.  The Praise Ground is located on a carpeted area in the front of Incarnation Hall as you walk in.

The Praise Ground is to help keep their hands and bodies busy so their ears can still be open to experience worship. Honoring the following best practices will create space for your children while preserving a positive worship experience for all.

  • Kids will use their indoor voices (especially during the sermon and prayers)
  • Children who are 4 years of age and younger are welcome to use the Praise Ground. Older siblings can sit next to their parents and use the activities on clipboard located on a cart outside of Incarnation Hall.
  • A parent will be actively involved in helping their child, reminding them that they need to use their indoor voices while using the Praise Ground.
  • If your child needs a break from worship, we encourage you to take them to the nursery. Our nursery is staffed for children birth to three years of age.
