How about you? Now that it is getting colder, outside activities are harder to do. We, a group of dedicated Yogis, would love to welcome you into our Zoom Yoga group. Lead by Tina Zerrath, an experienced Yoga teacher, we keep our body and spirit healthy and strong together. Some prior experience is necessary to ensure a safe practice as Tina is not able to see everything you do and do adjustments.
