Caring for our bodies is part of living as faithful stewards of what God has given us. The following opportunities are designed to help you connect with God and others as you tend to your physical well-being. All are welcome! You do not need to be a member of Incarnation to sign up or participate in any of these activities.

Ongoing Opportunities

Faith and Fitness

Led by fitness instructor Shannon Rainey, this workout is a great way for people of all ages and abilities to improve strength and balance while connecting with others. Register in the Incarnation Office. Cost $120 for eight sessions or $20 for drop ins.

Experience the fruit of the spirit with us while exercising your body. Sign up in the Incarnation Office.
Chair Yoga: No floor but lots of fun. Mondays, January 6 to February 24, 11:15 – 12:15 p.m. No class January 20
and February 17. Cost: $42 for 6 classes, Drop In $9
Mat Yoga: You will sweat AND relax. Mondays, January 6 to February 24, 12:45 – 2:00 p.m. No class January 20 and February 17. Cost: $48 for 6 classes, Drop in $10

Men’s Pickup Basketball

Saturdays  from 8:00 – 10:00 a.m. in Incarnation Hall.

Looking to get some exercise and connect with other men? Come for men’s basketball at Incarnation, most Saturdays from October through April. Check the Incarnation calendar if you are curious about a particular date. Enter the building through Door 2. Come when you can, no need to register.
