The Incarnation staff takes its responsibility to care for the community seriously and has made a policy to close the building and cancel activities if the weather poses a risk to people’s safety.
During the week, the Incarnation building will be closed and all activities canceled if:
- The Mounds View Public Schools close due to weather concerns
- The Mounds View Public Schools cancel afternoon activities due to weather concerns
- There is a power outage affecting all three power sources, as mandated by the fire marshal
- There is a state of emergency declared by the State of Minnesota
- The Department of Transportation recommends no travel
- The Incarnation staff cannot assure reasonably safe conditions for people to park, enter, and exit our facilities, we will cancel and/or postpone activities
Sunday Worship will be canceled if:
- There is a power outage affecting all three power sources, as mandated by the fire marshal

- The Incarnation staff cannot assure reasonably safe conditions for people to park, enter, and exit our facilities, we will cancel services and/or postpone activities
Incarnation will notify the community by:
- Posting a notice on the front page of the Incarnation website
- Posting a notice on Facebook
- Sending out a mass email to the addresses in the Incarnation database
- Posting a message on the electronic front sign
- Group leaders may reach out, as they are able, to members to verify that their meetings/activities have been canceled
The on call pastoral care line will still be available in case of emergencies. To reach the pastor, call 651-484-7213. When you hear the voice mail answer, press 313 to leave a message. The on call pastor checks that voice mail every few hours between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. and will return your call as soon as possible.
