SPARK Children’s Ministry

Vacation Bible School

June 18 – 22, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Ages: 4 years of age – 4th Grade (must be potty trained).
Cost: $30/child, $80/maximum per family.
Register online by June 13 by 4:00 p.m., after this date you will be placed on a wait list.

Incarnation will venture onto an uncharted island where kids survive and thrive. Kids will learn that anchored in the truth Jesus carries them through life’s storms. Each day, at Shipwrecked, kids will travel through rotations that reinforce relevant Bible Points and immerse them in new adventures.

Wapo One Day

July 18, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Ages: 1st and 2nd grade (Last completed).
Cost: $35.
Wapo One Day is full. If you would like to be placed on a wait list, contact Rebecca Christiansen.

This is a great introductory way for children to experience Camp Wapo and their staff for a day! Registration for Wapo One Day will be done through Camp Wapo. We will load the van here at Incarnation at 8:00 am and travel to Camp Wapo.  At Wapo One Day the kids will experience chapel, snack, games, devotion, tour cabins, play large group games, eat lunch provided by Wapo, arts & crafts, water games/gaga, canteen and then head home.  Incarnation staff will be out there at the same time.  If parents are interested in helping out with this day, you are welcome to join us for Wapo One Day (you will need to transport yourself)!

Camp Wapo – Seeds Weekend

July 13 – 15
Ages: (Last completed 2nd – 3rd grade).
Cost: $165 (deposit of $50 non- refundable) .
SEEDS is full.  If you would like to be placed on a wait list, register online and Camp Wapo will contact you when/if spots become available. Total payments due to Camp Wapo by June 18. Knowing that this may be some kid’s first camp experience or even their first time away from home, Camp Wapo counselors will spend every moment with these campers. They will provide a safe and caring environment filled with music, Bible study, campfires, crafts, water activities, and tons of games.

Camp Wapo – Week Long Youth Camp

July 15 – 20.
Ages: 4th grade – 8th grade (Last completed).
Cost: $430.

Registrations online. $100 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is due with registration. Register by March 15. After this date, you may be placed on a wait list.

The week is packed with a variety of activities that are meant to impact kids for eternity. Each day includes Bible study, chapel, cabin activities, free time, field games, campfire. Closing worship is on Friday at 12:00 pm when family and friends are welcome and encouraged to attend. *Incarnation will not be providing busing to Camp Wapo.

Art Camp

July 24 – 26, 9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Ages: 4 years – 2nd grade (Last completed and must be potty trained).
Cost: $30.
Register online by July 16 by 4:00 p.m. After this date, you will be placed on a wait list.

Children will explore their creative side each day they create masterpieces that will be on display the final day of the camp for Incarnation’s own Art Show. This camp will provide opportunities for children to use their gifts that God has given to them.

Noah’s Ark Waterpark in Wisconsin Dells

June 14
Ages: 5-8th grade.
Cost: $60 and includes a hotdog lunch.
Register in the Incarnation Office by Monday, June 11. After July 11 you will be placed on a waiting list.

Travel to Noah’s Ark Waterpark by coach bus for a day of waterpark fun! Students will meet at Incarnation at 6:45 a.m. and will return around 9:30 p.m.

Mission Trip to Indianapolis, Indiana

June 24 – 29
Ages: 6th – 8th grade.
Cost: $480.
Registration in the Incarnation Office by March 15. After March 15 you will be placed on a wait list.

Incarnation will be traveling to Indianapolis, IN this summer in partnership with YouthWorks Missions. During our time their we will serve alongside local organizations working to alleviate immediate poverty needs.  We will work in homeless shelters, food banks and community centers. Youth  Camp at Camp Wapo

Ages: 4th – 8th grade.

This program provides Middle school youth the opportunity to dig deeper in faith while growing in relationship with their peers. Each day will include Bible study, prayer practices, caring conversation, service opportunities, worship, games and community building.

Summer Stretch Participant

July 30 – August 3
Ages: 6th – 8th Grade.
Cost is $185.
Register in the Incarnation Office by July 9.

Summer Stretch is a week long program for 6-8th grade student participants and 9th – 12th grade Youth Leaders. Summer Stretch’s unique programming offers opportunities to be in both service and fellowship within our community and provides an intentional leadership opportunity for high school students. Mission Trip to Pine Ridge, South Dakota

June 24 – 29
Ages: 9 – 12th grade.
Cost: Space is limited – register today!

Incarnation will be traveling to Pine Ridge, South Dakota this summer as a high school youth group in partnership with YouthWorks Missions. During our time in Pine Ridge we will help run kids club-, a vacation Bible school type program, and help with service projects around the reservation. Cost: $585 if registering on or before February 14, $615 if registering after February 14. Registration deadline is March 15, after March 15 you will be placed on a wait list. Senior High Camp at Camp Wapo

This program provides High School youth the opportunity to dig deeper in faith while growing in relationship with their peers. Each day will include Bible study, prayer practices, caring conversation, service opportunities, worship, games and community building. High School campers will sleep at Ox Lake while also spending time at the Wapo site. Come enjoy the fun and excitement of camp catered to Senior High Youth. Servant Leadership Program at Camp Wapo

July 15 – 20
Ages: 11th – 12th Grade.
Cost: $450; $100 due at the time of registration (non-refundable, non-transferable).
Register online by April 1.

This program provides Senior High youth an opportunity to grow in faith and leadership skills by working with younger campers. Those participating in the Servant Leadership Program (SLP) will be housed in Wapo youth cabins, trained to assist Wapo counselors in leading a variety of activities while also being coached and challenged by an SLP counselor. This experience is ideal for those demonstrating maturity, commitment and joy in working with younger kids.

This program is limited to seven 11-12th graders each week. Those interested must submit an application with references by April 1st (found on the Camp Wapo website. The Wapo program team will contact you within two weeks after reviewing your application.

Dad and Daughter Wilderness Canoe Base

August 2 – 5
Ages: 3rd – 12th grade
Cost: Adult – $213, Youth (11 – 17) – $183, Child (3-10) – $123
Register by July 16 online, after this date, you will be placed on a wait list. $50 per person non-refundable deposit to secure your spots. Full payment is due July 16.

Bring your loved ones for a purpose filled weekend up in the Boundary Water Canoe Area.  Have you ever wanted to find an opportunity to experience the Boundary Water Canoe Area but the thought of doing it yourself is exhausting?  Spend a long weekend canoeing, hiking and experience God’s creation up in the BWCA.  It will be led by a team up at the Wilderness Canoe Base (owned and operated by Camp Wapo).

Incarnation Family Camp at Camp Wapo in Amery, WI

August 3 – 4
Cost: $275 per family. Families interested in attending can reserve a spot with a $150 deposit per family.
Register by July 16 by 4:00 p.m. in the Incarnation Office, after this date, you will be placed on a wait list.

Please join us at Camp Wapo, located just outside of Amery, WI for a weekend filled with fun and fellowship.  This cost covers programming, meals and lodging during your camp time. Incarnation will be taking a group of interested families to Camp Wapo located near Amery, WI.

Family Adventure up in the Boundary Waters – Wilderness Canoe Base

August 2 – 5
