ILC Kid’s Ministry is committed to providing the foundation for children to grow in God’s grace and love through worship, learning, building relationships, and service. ILC Kid’s, Children’s Ministry, is also committed to partnering with parents in living out the promises made at their child(ren)’s baptism.

ILC Kid’s Calendar 2022 – 2023

ILC Kid’s is a ministry designed for children 3 years of age through 5th grade. This is an opportunity to connect with God, friends, and caring adults in an inviting and trusting environment filled with captivating Bible storytelling at their age level, age-appropriate activities that engage all different learning styles, and service.

Hospitality Volunteers Needed: We need assistance with providing hospitality for those arriving for ILC Kids on Sunday and Wednesday evenings. Click here if you can help with 30 minutes of your time, we offering training with our check-in system.


Registration Information
Children who have turned 3 by September 1, 2022 through 5th grade can register online.

All registrations are done through Realm, our Church Management Database. Follow the steps below to register for ILC Kid’s.

Setting up your account: Everyone who is already a part of Incarnation has a unique profile that contains your information. If you have already activated your account, please skip to the instructions about accessing your account. If you are a guest of Incarnation, you will follow the link to create and activate your account.  To activate or create your account go to: www.onrealm.org/IncarnationLuth/Register

Accessing your account: After you have completed the set-up process above, you are now able to access Realm by going to www.onrealm.org/IncarnationLuth.

If you decide that would like your child(ren) to be a regular attendee of ILC Kid’s we highly recommend that you enroll your child and make a commitment to attend the same hour of ILC Kid’s every week. Your child(ren) will then be able to form relationships with adults and children their own age.

ILC Kid’s Options
Sunday’s

Traditional Worship at 8:45:
Preschool – Kindergarten
Preschool-Kindergarten age children will start in ILC Kid’s classroom on Sunday and Wednesday mornings and can be picked up in their preschool – kindergarten classroom when worship is over.

Grades 1 – 5

Families with children in grades 1 – 5 will start in worship together up until the sermon. At that point, kids 1st – 5th grade, will be invited to Grace Hall and led in an age-appropriate learning time. Parents will pick their kids up in Grace Hall (Grades 1 – 5) at the end of the service at 8:45 a.m. or 10:15 a.m. service.

 


Wednesday Nights

Preschool – Kindergarten
Preschool-Kindergarten age children will start in ILC Kid’s classroom at 6:00 p.m. and be picked up in their preschool – kindergarten classroom at 7:00 p.m.

Grades 1 – 5

Families with children in grades 1 – 5 will start in worship together up until the sermon. At that point, kids 1st – 5th grade, will be invited to Grace Hall and led in an age-appropriate learning time. Parents will pick their kids up in Grace Hall (Grades 1 – 5) at 7:00 p.m.

Each week, ILC Kid’s have amazing adults and youth who have been equipped and trained to work with children in our  Ministry.

If you would like to play a part in the success of ILC Kid’s as an ILC Kid’s Small Group Leader, greeter, or help with special events please contact Rebecca Christiansen at rchristiansen@incarnationmn.org.

Our Safety Policy
In order to be responsible for the safety of kids and for the protection of adult volunteers, in 2004 the Incarnation Council implemented the Policy for Protecting Children and Youth. For many volunteer positions in ILC Kid’s ministry substitute small group leader, adult volunteers need to submit a completed background check form at least one week prior to volunteering. Background checks are valid for 3 years.
