How to Register

All registrations this year (with the exception of Green Lake Camps & Summer Stretch) will be done through Realm, the Church Management Database. You may find it easiest to read these instructions first before registering for summer camps.


Green Lake Bible Camp

At Camp, your child(ren) will experience meaningful worship, exciting games, swimming,  campfires, spending time with friends, and growing in faith.

Registration Information

Green Lake Bible Camp registration process is online, this includes the registration form, medical form, and payments. Click here to register for camp:

Half Blast

Half Blast is an awesome way to experience camp at Shores of St. Andrews and all it has to offer, but with fewer overnights. Half Blast begins on Sunday, July 18, and concludes Tuesday evening, July 20, with closing worship. Families and friends are welcome to attend the closing worship. Parents are responsible for transportation to and from camp.

Ages: 1st – 4th graders)
When: July 18 – 20, 2021
Cost: $245. A $125 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is due with registration.
Registration: Opens Sunday, January 25, 2021, and closes Wednesday, March 1, 2021. (this deadline date is the guaranteed date to get into Incarnation’s week at camp.) Registration balance is due May 24, 2021, directly to Green Lake Bible Camp.

Andy’s Gang

This week at the Shores of St. Andrews is where your child will have an unforgettable time learning and growing in faith! Check-in is on Sunday, July 18. Closing worship is on Friday, July 23. Family and friends are welcome and encouraged to attend. Incarnation is NOT providing bussing to and from camp. Parents are responsible for transportation to and from camp.

Ages: 2nd – 5th graders
When: July 18 – 23, 2021
Cost: $485. A $125 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is due with registration.
Registration: Opens Sunday, January 25, 2021, and closes Wednesday, March 1, 2021. (this deadline date is the guaranteed date to get into Incarnation’s week at camp.) Registration balance is due May 24, 2021, directly to Green Lake Bible Camp.


 

Vacation Bible School–I WONDER!

Kids are naturally curious, and when you are curious about who God is it is easy to grow your relationship with Jesus. That is why, Incarnation’s Four Day, Vacation Bible School, is going to engage kids’ imaginations! ​ They will hear from early church leaders like Paul, Peter, John, and Timothy, who helped the first Jesus-followers wonder what made their stories unique, what gifts God gave them, what they could learn from others, and how they could spend time with God.

Ages: 4 years of age – 4th grade (during 2020-2021 school year)
When: June 21 – 24 from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Cost: $25 per child $70 Max per Family
CURBSIDE PICK-UP OPTION
Registration deadline: June 14

Growing in God’s Garden

Come and learn from Master Gardener, Cheryl Skildum, about what’s Growing in God’s Garden and how we can grow in our relationship with God.

Ages: 4 years – 1st grade (during 2020-2021 school year)
When: July 12 and 13 from 9 – 11:00 a.m.
Cost: $15 per child
Scholarships are available
Registration deadline: July 5

Gardening with Older Kids

Come and learn from Master Gardener, Cheryl Skildum, about what’s Growing in God’s Garden and how we can grow in our relationship with God.

When: July 14 and 15 from 9 – 11:00 a.m.
Cost: $15 per child
Scholarships are available

Volunteer Opportunities

Children’s Ministry is excited to be offering camps onsite this summer! Many volunteers will be needed to help with planning, preparation, and throughout the week with these camps. Scholarships

Scholarships are available for all ministry opportunities for those who are in need. Click here to complete the scholarship form on Google. All money raised from Wall-O-Money will go to those who apply for scholarships.
