Caring for One Another

Small Groups & Faith Study

Along with the Community Matters Sunday Sermon Series
  • The Inward Journey: Caring for Ourselves
  • The Outward Journey: Caring for One Another

What do others say about Caring for One Another small groups?

Disruption, change, uncertainty, disappointment – It’s a time when our life seems upended, not to mention the lives of those we care for and care about. While leaning into the hope of a new vaccine and some restoration of our lives, right now, we still need ways to cope, make sense of things and find a way forward.

Pause, take a break, reflect, find ways to sustain yourself and be encouraged by others, all in the context of God’s steadfast love for you and promises to walk alongside you. You matter to God. Take a step into a new small group. Follow the Sunday sermons with a conversation with others on the same theme and feel connected to a community. You matter to others. Community matters to all of us.

Caring for One Another small groups meet for just 75-90 minutes, once a week, for five weeks with no preparation needed.

  • Season 1 (Epiphany) focuses on our inward journey and how we care for ourselves in this time.
  • Season 2 (Lent) shifts to the outward journey to ask “how do we walk alongside others?”

All small groups meet by Zoom. Register for one or both of the seasons.
